Modification or cancellation of a reservation

How can I change my booking?

The customer can ask for a modification of his stay up to 30 days before arrival (dates, type of accommodation) by written request to the campsite (mail or e-mail), subject to availability and possibilities. No postponement will be accepted for the following season. In the absence of a modification, the client will have to carry out his stay under the initial conditions of the reservation or cancel it according to our bookings terms or the conditions of the cancellation insurance.

  • Any request to increase the length of your stay will be carried out according to availability and the current rates.
  • Any request to reduce the duration of your stay to less than one month is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation and interruption of stay conditions

Can I cancel my booking?

The client can cancel his reservation at any time. For refunds, please refer to our general terms and conditions of sale. (for more information click on the link)

Why opt for the cancellation guarantee?

The cancellation guarantee allows you to be reimbursed for sums paid in many situations such as illness, including Covid-19, redundancy, cancellation or modification of holidays, etc.

Payment methods

When and how do I pay the balance of my stay?

For all reservations, the balance of your stay must be paid on arrival at the campsite. For stays without a reservation, you can pay the balance whenever you wish during your stay.

Are ANCV holiday vouchers accepted?

We accept ANCV holiday vouchers for the payment of your balance on site.

Are we part of the Vacaf convention?

No, we are not.

Pets

Are pets allowed on the pitches?

Pets are accepted on the pitches except for 1st and 2nd category dogs, for a fee of 3€/night.

Are dogs allowed in the mobile homes?

We accept dogs in some mobile homes except for 1st and 2nd category dogs, for a fee of 5€/night.

List of mobile homes where pets are not allowed: Prestige pool, Jacuzzi, Premium beach side and Coco sweet.

In all cases

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. They are not allowed on the beach from 01/06 to 15/09, in the grocery shop and in the buildings. Vaccination certificates for animals must be up to date.

How can I get a map of the campsite?

Just go to the menu and download the map.

Are barbecues allowed?

We only allow gas or eletric barbecues, charcoal barbecues are not allowed.

What kind of adapter/power plug do I need to use the electricity on the pitch?

You need a CEE male adapter.

What are the opening and closing dates of the campsite?

We will be open from 31/03/2023 to 15/10/2023.

What are the possible arrival and departure times?

For mobile homes:

Arrival from 3pm
Departure before 09:00 am

For the pitches :

Arrival from 3pm
Departure before 12 noon

For arrivals between 9pm and 1am, our night watchman will be there to welcome you.

How to reach us without a car ?

You can take the train to Saint-Raphaël Valescure. Just right to the train station you will find the bus station from where you must take the ZOU bus, line 876 direction Saint-Tropez. It will bring you right in front of the campsite, bus stop “Camping des Mûres”.

Does the cancellation insurance cover COVID-19?

Our cancellation insurance has a specific extension for COVID-19 that covers you for illness, serious illness or death. To find out more about the extension and the various options covered (such as refusal to board due to a temperature reading), please consult the brochure Campsite covered: link

Please note that cancellation insurance does not cover border closures, the state of health emergency, quarantine and general confinement, administrative closure of a campsite or illness during a stay in a country formally advised against by its government.

What to do in case of administrative restrictions related to COVID-19?

For any of the following events occurring before the date of arrival or during the stay :

  • Border closures
  • Administrative closure of the campsite
  • Limitation of travel to a number of kilometres that does not allow you to come to the campsite

If the above events occur before your arrival:

The campsite will issue a voucher for the amount of your deposit, valid for 18 months. If the client refuses to accept this voucher, he will be reimbursed the corresponding amount on request.

If any of the above events occur during your stay:

If your stay is fully paid for on arrival, the campsite will issue a voucher for the amount of the unused nights, valid for 18 months. If the client refuses to accept this voucher, he will be reimbursed the corresponding amount on request.
